Corporate video: what it is, how much it costs and how long it takes.
A corporate video introduces a company or institution: who it is, what it does, how it works and why it deserves trust. At AIRLUSO, a B2B project typically costs between €2,500 and €10,000 (excl. VAT) and takes 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the number of interviews, the shoot days and the versions to deliver.

What is a corporate video?
It is the video that presents the company as a whole, rather than a product or a campaign. It shows the people, the spaces, the way of working and what sets the brand apart. Unlike an ad, it does not expire quickly: Prodite Zeelandia, for example, still uses its 50th anniversary film to introduce the company to clients.
What it's used for
- Homepage and "About" page of the website
- Sales presentations, meetings and trade fairs
- Recruitment and employer branding
- Company events and anniversaries
- Internal communication and onboarding new employees
- Social media, in short versions
What types of corporate video are there?
The most common are the brand film, the anniversary video, the corporate documentary, testimonials and the recruitment video. Often a single shoot serves several of them: one main film and, from the same footage, testimonial cuts and social media versions.
Brand film
Short, focused on identity, image and rhythm. It may not even have a voice: the Les Ateliers de Langalerie video has no voice-over or subtitles.
Company anniversary
Tells the company's story and continuity, with founders, employees and clients. Example: Prodite Zeelandia's 50 years.
Corporate documentary
Longer, with several interviews and room for the story to breathe. Example: the short documentary on the SINTOMA exhibition, for the Irmandade dos Clérigos.
Testimonials
Clients and employees talking about the company, in short cuts for the website, sales proposals and social media.
Recruitment
Shows daily life and the people, for anyone thinking of applying.

How long does a corporate video take?
A simple corporate video takes 3 to 4 weeks from brief to delivery. A project with several interviews or more production takes 4 to 10 weeks. The shoot itself usually takes just 1 to 4 days: the rest is preparation and post-production.
- 01
Initial call
Free, 30 to 45 minutes, to understand the goal and see whether it makes sense to go ahead.
- 02
Proposal
Within 5 working days, with three options: format, schedule and investment.
- 03
Pre-production
Who to interview, in what order, where to film. Decisions are made before the set.
- 04
Shoot
Typically 1 to 4 days, depending on complexity.
- 05
Post-production
First cut in 3 to 4 weeks, adjustments and final delivery.
What do you get with a corporate video?
The main film and, from the same footage, the versions the company needs for each channel. A single shoot can serve the website, social media, sales proposals and internal communication.
- Main film, as long as the goal requires: from a 1-minute film to a 15-minute documentary
- Short versions for social media (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Individual testimonial cuts
- Versions in other languages, with subtitles or voice-over, when the project calls for it
- Photos and behind the scenes, when agreed
The client receives the final pieces and the agreed masters, in the formats defined. The original shoot files stay with the production company.
How should the company prepare for the shoot?
What matters most for the result is decided before the shoot day: the goal, who speaks and where to film. With that settled, the shoot takes little of the team's time and reshoots are avoided.
Define the goal first
Where the video will be used and who will watch it. Style comes after that.
Choose who speaks
Someone from leadership, long-standing employees, a client. Real people, not rehearsed spokespeople.
Secure locations and permissions
Factory, shops, offices or clients: filming permissions and location logistics are sorted before the day.
Book the people
Whoever is being interviewed needs free time on the shoot day, with some margin.
One person to decide
On the company side, someone who approves the plan and the versions. It shortens the project more than anything else.
Don't memorise answers
At AIRLUSO, interviews are run as conversations, with questions designed to get genuine answers.
